We are based in Ukraine and Netherlands, but projects in any country can be carried out remotely.

Question 2

I need only visualisation. Can we skip measuring, meetings and drawings and order visualisation only?

Accepted Answer

Visualisation is not offered as a standalone service.

It relies on accurate measurements, a defined concept and coordinated materials — all developed during the design process.
A visualiser works strictly according to a designer’s layout and technical input. Without this foundation, the image cannot reflect real proportions or the intended result.

To request visualisation separately, you would still need to prepare:
precise measurements
a 2D floor plan
a full design concept
selected furniture, lighting and finishes
a complete technical brief

This equals the scope of a design project, but without professional coordination.
 For this reason, visualisation is included only within a design package.

Question 3

I will be away and unavailable for couple of weeks. Can the project be running during this time?

Accepted Answer

A fully independent workflow without communication is not possible.

Design requires ongoing coordination to ensure the project aligns with your expectations and preferences.

For most projects, we need to stay in contact at key stages — to approve layouts, materials, colours and technical solutions.

Some decisions require short clarifications, while others may need scheduled reviews. The level of coordination depends on the specifics of each project.

Question 4

I need to start construction works this month. Can we prepare technical drawings first and finalize the design later?

Accepted Answer

Technical drawings can only be created after the design is approved.

The correct sequence is: concept → layout → materials → visualisation → drawings.
To ensure accuracy and avoid delays or extra expenses, the project must follow the proper order.

We can adjust the timeline and prioritise certain stages, but the design needs to be confirmed before technical work begins.

Question 5

What if some items from the specification go out of production or out of stock?

Accepted Answer

Implementation may take months, and certain items can become unavailable.

With author’s supervision, the designer will choose the closest suitable replacement.
Without supervision, you will need to find alternatives yourself.
