Author’s supervision helps the team choose the right techniques, finishes and installation approaches that are appropriate for the design and technically aligned with the concept.
This ensures that the final result reflects the intended vision — accurately, consistently and with the level of quality your project deserves.

What this service does

It ensures that every element of your design is implemented correctly: materials, colours, proportions, lighting, engineering points and all technical details.
We visit the site, answer contractor questions, check if work is performed according to agreed project and prevent unauthorized changes that could damage the overall concept.

Without supervision, even a perfect design can lose quality during construction.

Contractors may reinterpret details or make decisions that cause:

Consultation

This is an online consultation for general questions and does not include the preparation of any documents.
 If you prefer an onsite meeting, the cost is calculated individually.

Consultation Process

1.     You send your request by email in 2-3 days in advance and describe your situation in details. Also include photos, drawings and any relevant materials that may help us understand the context.
2.     You provide payment for the consultation.
3.     We agree on a convenient time for the online session.
4.     We have a 1-hour call to analyse and discuss your question.

When is a consultation useful?

·        When you are considering buying an apartment or house — we can analyse pros and cons and check whether the layout suits your needs.
·        When you have doubts about combining colours, materials or furniture — we can help align everything with your chosen style.
·        For any specific design-related questions — simply ask, and we will determine whether a consultation is the right format.

When is a consultation not suitable?

·        When you don’t have a clear question, or there is nothing to compare.
·        When you expect the designer to start creating a new project during the consultation.
 (Design development requires a different process and significantly more time.)
·        When you need a tip for a full-space transformation. This requires a detailed design project.

Question 8

Fully Remote Project & Supervision

For clients who are distant from our locations, we offer a completely remote project and supervision format.
We handle everything: concept, planning, drawings, 3D renders and constant supervision during construction.
 You provide measurements, photos and videos; we guide your team, coordinate decisions, review progress and keep the project aligned with the approved design.

This format is ideal if you are located in remote cities.

Supply
Price upon request

The Supply option provides support with sourcing, ordering and delivery of all items included in the approved specification — furniture, lighting and sanitary ware.
We coordinate availability, lead times and alternatives when needed, ensuring that every selected item remains consistent with the design concept and technical requirements.

·        Verification of item availability before purchase
·        Coordination with suppliers and showrooms
·        Selection of suitable alternatives if items change or go out of production
·        Support with ordering and delivery arrangements

Why this option is useful
Implementation may take several months, and product ranges can change during this period.
 With the Supply option, the designer manages this process, maintaining consistency and avoiding mismatches or last-minute decisions.
